Technology should serve the operator.
The value of a digital tool is determined by what it helps the workforce accomplish. United Plasma approaches technology through the realities of regulated operations: time pressure, language, competency, procedure control, documentation, and oversight.
We help organizations consider practical ways to improve knowledge access, onboarding, competency, workflow reporting, and integration between operational systems.
Training and SOP infrastructure
- Role-based curricula, onboarding pathways, and competency frameworks.
- Standardized procedures written for clarity and frontline usability.
- Multilingual content planning and localization for relevant markets.
- Training records, revision controls, and supervisor verification concepts.
United Plasma Academy — in development
The planned Academy will organize practical learning resources for plasma and related collection operations. Its proposed direction includes step-by-step instruction, regulatory context, and multilingual delivery. Course availability and credentials will be communicated only as they are actually established.
ALEX — prototype stage
ALEX is an emerging AI-assisted regulatory and SOP guidance concept. Its intended scope includes helping users locate relevant requirements, understand procedural relationships, identify possible documentation gaps, and prepare for audits. The prototype is not a substitute for official regulations, validated quality systems, qualified professional judgment, or regulatory decisions.
Digital integration
Depending on project scope, advisory work may examine donor workflows, scheduling, reporting, CRM, laboratory or healthcare information interfaces, and cold-chain data handoffs. Integration requirements and feasibility are assessed case by case.
